Telephone Active Listening
Rebel2Rebel Active Listening provides activists support for anxiety, burnout, and emotional distress through one-off phone calls. There is no limit on the number of calls, but you may not always speak to the same practitioner
This is not a formal therapy service, so for regular weekly support, please see our One-to-One Therapeutic Support section
Who will I speak to? You will be paired with a trained therapist (counsellor/psychotherapist), psychiatrist, or psychologist

Therapeutic Support
The Climate Psychology Alliance (CPA) offers access to a directory of mental health practitioners who provide 3 free therapeutic One-to-One Therapeutic Support sessions for members of the public
How to Access Support:
Visit the CPA Practitioner Directory, click here
Select a practitioner who meets your needs. Note: it’s important to verify qualifications by researching the practitioner online
Contact the practitioner directly using the email or phone details provided, stating your interest in the 3 free sessions

Zoom Support Groups
XR regularly hosts Zoom-based support groups.

If you don’t see a session that works for you, email us at tesn@tesn.uk and we’ll do our best to arrange one

If you are a Coordinator seeking support for Zoom group sessions, such as:
Mental health training
Holding listening spaces
Group workshops
